In partnership with the city of Akron, local yoga studios and other organizations, we are celebrating the Soul of Akron through body, mind and breath.
Join us in ELEVATING Akron and each other in an outdoor community celebration at Hardesty Park on Friday, May 29th. Activities include a free all-levels vinyasa yoga practice, music, food and more! This event will be held rain or shine. Besides, who doesn't love dancing in the rain?! : )
Event Schedule:
• Registration, Check In and Shirt Pick-Up - 6:00pm
• All-levels Vinyasa Yoga Class led by Tracy Rhinehart - 7:00pm
• Food trucks, Fun & DJ Nino rockin' it until 9:30pm

Packet Pick-Up
To ensure a smooth event, we strongly encourage you to attend packet pick-up to receive your event packet containing your event wristband and other free gifts. Pre-ordered tees and tank tops will also be distributed at Packet Pick-Up.
Packet Pick-Up will be at the lululemon Akron Showroom on:
- Thursday, May 28th from 11:00AM-8:00PM
- Friday, May 29th from 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend on of these dates! The lululemon Akron Showroom is located at: 403A 21 Furnace Street, Akron, OH 44308.
Other Important Details:
- Parking is limited. There is a small parking lot at Hardesty Park, so we encourage all yogis to carpool, bike, or walk or leave early to find a parking spot.
- Arrive Early. Doors open at 6:00PM and we will kick off the festivities promptly at 7:00PM with speakers followed by our vinyasa class. Please allow yourself plenty of time to set up your mat at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the class!
- Tee & Tank Tops Sales: Tees and tank tops have been ordered! To ensure that you get the size and style that you want, make sure you’ve purchased your apparel online before Friday!
- Bring Cash: We will have a limited number of tees and tanks available for sale at the event. If you want to purchase a tank top or tee the day of the event, please bring cash! We will be unable to process credit cards.
- Need a Mat? Bring Your License: We will be offering a limited number of free mat rentals at our registration tables. If you plan to rent a mat, please arrive early (first come, first served) and bring a driver’s license. We will keep it safe and sound until your mat is returned at the end of the evening!
- Keep Hydrated: There will be multiple vendors on site providing free coconut water and sport drink Nooma. If these are not your cup of tea, bring along a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated!
